This document constitutes the Privacy Policy of Telefónica Insurance S.A., having its registered office at 23, Av. Monterey, L-2163 Luxembourg, (hereinafter "we" and "Telefónica Insurance"), and applies to you (hereinafter "you"), as a policy holder who has subscribed to an insurance policy with Telefónica Insurance, one of its branches or with an entity of the Telefónica Group and as a user of the services provided by Telefónica Insurance and of the website Telefonicainsurance.com (the "Website").

Please read carefully this notice regarding the Privacy Policy of Telefónica Insurance. This Privacy Policy explains how we compile, process, use, and in certain cases, transmit your personal information in accordance with the applicable legislation.

The information requested in the subscription form, in an insurance claim form or in any other document relating to our services may change.

3. What do we do with the information we collect?
